Ernährung – Entzündungshemmende Ernährung
Worum geht es?
Endometrioseherde verursachen meist Entzündungen und Schmerzen. Bestimmte Lebensmittel können Entzündungen hemmen, manche Lebensmittel sogar spürbar Schmerzen lindern. Und umgekehrt: Es macht auch Sinn, den Konsum bestimmter Lebensmittel einzuschränken oder ganz darauf zu verzichten, weil diese Entzündungen sogar eher fördern.
