Akzeptanz und Commitment

Worum geht es?

Wichtig ist, Akzeptanz hat nichts mit Härte gegenüber dir selbst zu tun, mit „stell dich nicht so an“ oder „reiß dich einfach zusammen“. Im Gegenteil. Du bist eingeladen, dich selbst anzunehmen mit all deinen Facetten, deinem Erleben und mit allem, was gerade da ist. Mit der Akzeptanz und im Hier und Jetzt kannst du dann nach vorne sehen und aktiv werden, die Kontrolle über dein Wohlbefinden zu übernehmen.
