Preparing for Rehab: What You Will Need


Your rehabilitation or follow-up treatment (AHB) has been approved? Fantastic! Now, it is time to get ready.

During your rehab or post-rehab experience, you will have many activities to enjoy, from sports programs to nutritional counseling and mud baths. An exciting and, hopefully, enlightening period awaits you.

To ensure you are thoroughly prepared for your rehab stay and equipped for the diverse activities ahead, we have compiled a checklist for you to review.

Essential Documents to Pack:

  • All medical documents from your previous examinations
  • Referral slip
  • If necessary, a certificate of cost coverage
  • Identity card, vaccination card, insurance card, EC card
  • List of medications
